The work behind the work
Components leave our facility in Burnley and end up in aircraft tens of thousands of feet above the ground.
Working at HycAero has taught me the value of learning from experienced teammates and understanding why things are done a certain way, not just how. I take pride in paying close attention to the small details that support quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Most of all, I’m proud to contribute to the manufacture of aircraft components. Seeing those aircraft take flight gives me a real sense of accomplishment.

The facility
Since 1997, we’ve kept everything we do in-house, across a 70,000 sq ft operation in Burnley, England: multiple specialist processes, from receipt to despatch, with no outside transfers and no break in the audit trail.
For our customers that means fewer handoffs, tighter control and shorter lead times.
