All fixtures and tooling systems are designed in-house with 3D modelling ensuring accurate results first time.

Our onsite NADCAP-accredited facility means we quality assure the parts and coatings we produce.

Investing beyond the work
Apprenticeship programme
HycAero has taken on over 100 apprentices across its history — training the next generation of specialist aerospace engineers from within the Burnley community. Many of those apprentices are still here, training others.
Environmental leadership
HycAero has been moving away from conventional processes for years, not because it was required, but because it was the right direction. That approach to environmental responsibility continues to shape how the facility evolves.
Community commitment
HycAero moved to Burnley in 1997 and has invested in creating high-value employment in the town ever since. We give local schools and colleges work placements and support a range of charities and community groups.
